Split Welded Piston Rod Assembly
The Split Welding Rod features a modular structural design, in which critical load-bearing sections and connection sections are manufactured separately and then integrally formed through high-strength welding. This approach ensures excellent overall rigidity and stability while improving material utilization, making it suitable for applications with demanding requirements on size, strength, and manufacturing flexibility.
A wide range of materials is available, including 45# steel, 40Cr, 42CrMo, and stainless steel, providing an optimal balance of strength, toughness, and corrosion resistance. By selecting appropriate materials according to operating conditions, the Split Welding Rod performs reliably under heavy loads, high-frequency motion, or complex environments.
With accuracy grades from F5 to F9 and diameter options ranging from Φ20 to Φ500, the product meets diverse requirements for dimensional precision and mechanical fit. Combined with precision machining after welding, key parameters such as coaxiality, straightness, and surface finish are effectively controlled.
The rod surface can be hard chrome plated with a thickness from 0.010mm to 0.10mm, significantly enhancing wear resistance and service life. Precision machining according to customer drawings is supported, allowing seamless integration into existing systems while reducing assembly and maintenance costs.
