Forged Hydraulic Cylinder Piston Rod Assemblies
The forged one-piece rod is manufactured through an integral forging process, eliminating welding or assembly joints. This ensures continuous metal grain flow and a dense internal structure, resulting in superior strength, excellent fatigue resistance, and long-term operational reliability for demanding applications.
Available materials include 45# steel, 40Cr, 42CrMo, stainless steel, and others, allowing flexible selection to balance mechanical strength, toughness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance according to specific working conditions.
The diameter range from Φ20 to Φ500 covers a wide spectrum of application requirements, from precision machinery to heavy-duty industrial equipment. Stable forging and heat treatment processes guarantee consistent mechanical properties and dimensional stability.
The forged one-piece rod achieves accuracy grades from F5 to F9. Hard chrome plating can be applied with a thickness range of 0.010mm to 0.10mm, significantly enhancing surface hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion protection, thereby extending service life and reducing maintenance frequency.
For finishing operations, the rod can be precision machined strictly according to customer drawings. Turning, grinding, and other machining processes are available to ensure high dimensional accuracy and optimal fit for customized engineering solutions.
